The application form for Fire NOC can be downloaded from deptt website https/www.fireservicemizoram.gov.in or from EODB Mizoram site. The application fee of Rs. 20/- has to be paid by the applicant. The duly filled in application form alongwith architectural drawing is to be submitted to the office of Director, F&ES
On screening of application, any incomplete application will have to be re-submitted by applicant.
Director, F&ES shall detail responsible officer for verification / inspection and make assessment at site.
Inspecting Officer will submit his report / assessment to the Director, F&ES
Director, F&ES shall issue Provisional / Renewal NOC to the applicant after payment of required fees. Rate of fees to be paid is Rs. 1.50 per square metres for Residential buildings and Rs. 3.00 per square metres for Others / Commercial buildings.
